Job Description

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Monthly Property inspections
  • Monthly reports, including financial accountability
  • Rent collection and representation in court for legal proceedings as needed
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage owner communications, including monthly conference calls
  • Oversight, coordination, and direct management of tenants and vendors for assigned portfolio, ensuring vendor and COI compliance
  • Engage in mentoring and providing direction to Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and support staff
  • Act as a leader and ambassador for your department and company
  • Provide feedback and advisement to Directors regarding support staff for evaluations and performance
  • Support Directors with high level projects and needs
  • Lease administration, enforcement and compliance, including working knowledge of the following: defaults, COIs, and gross sales
  • Accounting coordination including a working knowledge of the following: defaults, rent ups, annual recons, budgets, AR/AP coding and approval, collections, cash management, and property tax appeals
  • Construction Supervision for Landlord or Tenant build out and capital expense projects
  • Project Management and Bidding
  • Any additional projects or tasks as needed
