Department/Position Overview

The Supply Chain Organization includes a staff of more than 650 sourcing managers, buyers, analysts, materials planners, supplier diversity, and warehouse personnel. Our mission is to deliver cost effective and valued supply chain services through strategic, diverse, and sustainable business solutions. We are looking for an Expert Business Process Analyst for the S2P PMO within the Supply Chain Org, where our work requires close integration with all lines of business, finance, and our suppliers to be able to perform in the following:

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $114,000.00

Bay Area Maximum: $182,000.00

&/OR

California Minimum: $108,000.00

California Maximum: $173,000.00

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create Business Requirement Documents
  • Create User Acceptance Test cases and test scripts
  • Facilitateworkshops with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and opportunities and recommend the industry best practices to deliver the most value.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues.
  • Forward thinking to develop business cases in support of strategy, change and future initiatives.
  • Developinnovative process solutions to address complex business issues and present findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
  • Develop/delivers end-to-end process training materials to better support business needs.
  • Manage/Support cross-functional projects or initiatives.
  • Provide direction and coaching to other Business Process Analysts.
  • Work with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across process functions / PG&E.
  • Develop and updates quality standards, monitors quality, identifies issues and recommends improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6 years progressive experience in project management and or PMO

Nice to have:

  • LSS-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Prosci Change Management
