As a key member of the design leadership team, you will:

  • Develop and implement design operations strategies, processes, and tools to optimize design team productivity, collaboration, and impact.

  • Partner closely with design, product, and engineering leaders to align on design execution, quality, and velocity in alignment with the product strategy and roadmap.

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote a growth mindset, encourage risk-taking, and celebrate successes and learnings.

  • Partner with HR and other leaders to ensure the design organization's culture and values are reflected in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and recognition processes.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help designers grow their skills and advance their careers.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a design organization.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and implement impactful solutions.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and adapt to rapidly changing business needs.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$205,750.00 - $403,750.00
