Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, the Shared Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success organization. You will be exposed to all facets of the Customer Success team and will develop solid relationships with your own team and cross functionally.
Position Location:
Position is open to Head Office, Mississauga, or Remote USA/CAN candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process requests submitted by the Customer Success Managers related to cancellations & terminations, goodwill requests, quotes, account changes, invoicing, and more
* Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
* Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency
* Onboard and support co-op students
* Assist with data gathering and research
* Periodically contact customer accounts to confirm data
* Investigate root cause behind data quality issues
Skills/Qualifications:
* Post-secondary degree in Business and/or related field
* Advanced Excel/database skills
* Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
* Strong analytical skills preferably within a B2B environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong relationship building/management skills
* Project Management experience a definite asset

$64,000 - $72,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CAD base salary range for this position is $64,000-$72,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CAD locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
