We are looking for a motivated marketer to drive and deliver innovative marketing to support our strategic partner marketing team. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with marketing, partner sales, and business collaborators to create messaging and positioning, campaigns, programs, and events to build awareness, generate leads and drive pipeline for a strategic partner of Salesforce!

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and lead multi-touch marketing campaigns that create partnership awareness, net-new sales pipeline and support closing business deals. Activities include email marketing, content syndication, webinars, marketing automation, account-based marketing, content creation, and social media engagement.
  • Event Planning and Execution: From conception through execution, lead ancillary events, executive briefings, panels, and leverage global events like Dreamforce to bring innovative insights and ideas to how we can best help our strategic partners succeed.
  • Lead Nurture & Lead Follow Up: Responsible for creating clear lead champion plans and map out follow-up plans. Will work cross functionally with our GTM/Sales team & BDRs, setting goals and predicted return on investment for events and campaigns.
  • Budget and Performance: Own marketing budgets and optimize partner marketing spending. Responsible for continuously monitoring marketing and sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasts. This role will be responsible for looking at our marketing data to make informed decisions and report back results to our key stakeholders. Streamline project management to ensure success execution of initiatives across our partners.
  • Strategic Communications: Plan and implement compelling communications internally and externally, to help our partners build awareness within Salesforce and also to our target customers, ensuring consistency and efficiency across various channels.
Skills
  • Marketing and Event Expertise: Experience in multi-channel marketing management. Ability to drive hands-on tactical execution. Build consensus, alignment, and engagement, partner sales, product marketing, agencies and strategy/operations. Strong background in event management.
  • Project Management: Strong communication and organizational skills, including ability to effectively handle multiple projects at once to complete results on time and under budget.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and drive integrated digital campaigns to generate leads, opportunities, and close deals.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various platforms, such as in presentation decks, meetings and through Slack.
  • Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in sales, marketing and the agencies we work with, along with our PR team to drive brand awareness in our global markets. Work closely with the partner sales organization to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives, fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Budget Management: Proficiency in handling marketing budgets, resource allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Customer Journey: Ability to create cohesive end-to-end customer journeys that drive new business and cross/upsell campaigns. Experience creating a content strategy and developing content including thought leadership, blogs and customer success stories.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in partner co-marketing, preferably working with top technology or SI/consulting partners.
  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • Personal Qualities - Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, proactive, positive, creative, ambitious, and open to feedback.
  • Inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
