SUMMARY: The Facilities Analyst will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Perform as a liaison among field activity personnel, move coordinators, office space points of contact, and customers by gathering, coordinating, validating and accurately tracking space allocation move management information using ARCHIBUS Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
Assist in updating and developing reports utilizing ARCHIBUS, CAFM database as necessary
Assist with execution and management of moves in support of Agency requirements
Integrate and coordinate multidisciplinary activities i.e., facility operations and services, maintenance and sustainment (M&S) activities; facility projects, space management, and performs oversight of support services.
Support corporate and regulatory compliance for facility operations and sustainment to create an optimal, safe and cost effective environment for the building occupants.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings. Provide comments or questions and perform back checks to verify correct drawing revisions.
Experience working with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW); Air Force Civil Engineers (CE); or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
Perform Project Management duties. Coordinate projects related to public works administration as assigned (will require frequent interaction with division level management).
Develop, edit and submit briefings, scopes of work, and other documents to support projects and submit to MDA Senior Leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Capable of providing expertise to execute and report results of multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and sustainment and development of long and short range strategies
Develops and executes project plans and related schedules/budgets
Experience working with public works organizations and procedures
Must possess strong writing and analytical skills to conduct technical reviews, planning, correspondence, and trend analysis
Experience supporting facilities utilizing Federal Public Works organizations
Must be a self-starter, and detail oriented, able to support multiple projects, work well within a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and be able to manage customer and contractor relationships
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
