The role reports to the Digital Tools Master Data Manager and is located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. As a Digital Tools Master Data Intern, you will be responsible for managing and refine the creation, maintenance, and integrity of master data across various systems, supporting the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. The mission is to actively engage in a learning journey that encompasses both personal and professional growth. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality across all systems within your scope of responsibility
  • Detail-Oriented: Document, review, and update all work procedures related to data policies and system maintenance
  • Collaborative Mindset: Engage in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics that support data management functions
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as the team evolves and demands shift
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools and systems
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Basic Software Proficiency: Familiarity with common office software like Microsoft Office
  • Learning Enthusiasm: A passion for learning and keeping up with the latest trends in employee development and training practices
Your background

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other related major
  • Must be Junior or Senior in college
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity in usage of Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
