As the Manager of Advantage MD Sales, you'll:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with distribution to gain access to eligible beneficiaries for AMD member recruitment purposes.
    • Work, train and build relationships remotely as necessary and as required by environment.
  • Drive Medicare sales growth and grow relationships with agencies that sell our products.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage all aspects of new strategic account development: prospecting, consultation, building strategic alliances, compelling proposals, relationship management and closing opportunities.
  • Ensure membership goals are met, through the acquisition of new members and managing sales related member migration/retention programs in a market.
  • Manage the acquisition cost, investment and spend.
  • Build and maintain a best-in-class sales team by recruiting, training, motivating, and developing the right talent.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in health plan recruitment and/or member retention.
    • Experience with Medicare and healthcare compliance as it relates to CMS. Medicare Advantage sales experience preferred.
  • 3 years of sales management experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or related field is required.
  • Knowledge of general health care industry, managed care, and business development.
  • Knowledge of Zoom, MS Teams and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Equipment: PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and your own transportation.
