R&P is looking for an experienced Junior Marine Engineer who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Marine Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting program to redesign and improve the U.S. Naval Shipyard capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

- Provides engineering support to all aspects of Ship systems engineering.
- Develops and provides to the Government draft responses to industry queries.
- Provides support in the Government's development of all required technical documentation for future milestones.
- Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
- Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- LCS Experience preferred
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
