Position Title: Manager of Space Planning and Design

Business Unit: Facilities

Reports to: Director of Corporate Real Estate

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the development, strategic implementation, and design layouts utilizing space planning strategies, such as programming, design concepts and elements which ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effective utilization of physical facilities across the FNB footprint in Administrative locations. The position is also a Facilities lead that will team up with Marketing on Retail design concepts and continuous development of brand standards and brand identity which will reinforce FNB brand identity across the footprint.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design develop and program the forecast occupancy for future growth, by using current occupancy totals and future growth numbers to maximize occupancy totals and develop effective work place adjacencies within the entire FNB footprint.

Manage the facility reporting analysist while providing metrics and reporting for all facets of facilities department.

Lead and educate management on the changing standards in the work place design and implement the changes to maintain a quality workplace across the footprint while continuously maintaining current workplace trends, adapt these new concepts into the FNB workplace culture.

Collaborate with Marketing team to design and Develop strategies that continue to expand the Retail banking branding concepts that reinforce and grow the FNB brand recognition across the footprint.

Initiate new concepts in design for current and upcoming projects both administration and retail.

Develops scope of work documents for projects, solicits bids, assists in selecting approved contractors, supervises projects, ensures standards and results are achieved and closes out projects.

Coordinates furniture selections between vendors and company representatives and works toward creative and cost-effective solutions, assists staff with designing office layouts, makes arrangements with outside vendors for ordering and receiving resources and for providing transportation of furnishings when relocation takes place.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position:

BA or BS
