Warehouse Associate
Location: Richmond, VA
Role: Full-Time (with benefits)

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Associate on our second shift (afternoon/evening) team at our Richmond, VA warehouse and distribution center.
- Stores materials/equipment
- Upholds environmental health and safety standards.
- Works closely with internal customers Store Associates and Sales Managers)
- Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
- Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.
- Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
- Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 2:30pm - 10:30pm (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex to support the business needs.)
- May have opportunity for day shift if noted as well.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
- Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required.
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
- Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
- Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires.
