Satair is looking for an OEM Product Manager to join our Product Management Team based in Miami, FL.

Then you might be our next OEM Product Manager to join the team in our Miami office.

Meet the team:

You will be reporting to the Head of OEM Partner Product Management SATAIR, and an integral part of an international team of Product Managers located in Copenhagen, London, Atlanta, Miami, and Singapore. Your working environment:

Our Miami site is located close to downtown Miami and only 10 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). This location supports all of our Americas customers, but is crucial to our Latin American operations due to its close proximity to Latin America and the Caribbean. This site manufactures about 38,000 certified Eaton hose assemblies a year. Additionally, our Miami site is the home of the regional FAA-145 repair station, which was established in March of 2017.

Your challenges:

  • Collaborating closely with the Commercial team to drive sales revenue and achieve margin targets.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with Supplier Business Partners for your product lines, ensuring a successful and enduring partnership continuation with Satair

  • Working in tandem with the supply chain and production departments to optimize inventory availability and provide optimal service to our customers.

  • Identifying and developing market offerings to expand business opportunities.

  • Serving as the anchor for the OEM partner within our organization, fostering a deep connection and understanding.

Your boarding pass:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (sales, marketing, supply chain, program or product management)

  • Familiar with manufacturing drawings and processes

  • Experience with evaluating and taking make-or-buy decisions while taking into consideration costs, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, competitive threats, and other factors

  • Advanced user of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Spreadsheet, Slides and Google studio)

  • Experience with Microsoft Access and/or relational databases a plus

  • Travel 10-15% Domestic and International

  • Strong communication skills are essential, as well as having a good ability to manage stakeholders and positively influence others towards a common goal.
