Supports program management team whose core responsibilities may include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets. These activities will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.

This position currently follows a hybrid schedule which is subject to change. The candidate will be expected to report to the ECS Atlantic City, NJ at least two (2) days per week or to the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Pomona, NJ for meetings.

Bachelors in Business or Legal field of study with 5 years related experience or Associates in a Business or Legal field with 8 years of related experience or High School diploma and 12 years of related experience.

The successful candidate must have:

• Proficient in MS Office (including MS Project) and MS Teams
• Experience in monitoring data, tracking and reporting
• KSN/Sharepoint knowledge
• Problem-solving skills and initiative to see projects through
• Experience with Adobe Acrabat Pro
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with professionals

Preferred skills:

MS Visio, Office 365 experience a plus, experience sharing a computer screen for presentations
