Job Description
Specific Activities, and Responsibilities:
The Tech Services Technician will be expected to support the execution of GMP manufacturing by ensuring stock of gowning inventory and the sterility of equipment and environment. The Tech Services Technician will also be expected to adhere to all GMP standards and regulations to include quality requirements and documentation.

The Role
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to cGMP's and GDP's.
  • Ensure gowning areas into and within Manufacturing areas are constantly stocked with supplies.
  • Assist Central Services Technicians in other day-to-day duties but not limited to:
  • Equipment Wash Room / Parts Washer
  • Equipment & Parts Sterilization / Autoclave
  • WFI Port Flushing
  • Filter Integrity Testing
  • Monitor supply inventory
  • Room Wash Down / Turn-over
  • Work independently, lift at least 25lbs, and record time worked accurately in Time management system.
  • Perform cleaning procedures on processing equipment and manufacturing areas using written procedures, cleaning solutions, and materials.

The Candidate
  • High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years' experience working in a regulated environment preferred (will consider reduced experience with increased levels of education in applicable discipline)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs minimum Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a lean, action-oriented organization and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work well independently and across teams and partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with primary support functions.
