As a Senior Full Stack DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of an agile team providing development, security, and operations services in support of software development delivery services.

• Understand and develop both the front-end and back-end of the assigned workstream.
• Security scanning and remediation
• Release management that involves deployment coordination, pipeline monitoring among other tasks as well as support of any of the AWS services being used by the workstream.
• Available to provide operations support when necessary and during any system outages.
• Develop requirements for support applications including dashboard display, process automation, and interface applications.
• Prototype applications to assess impact within the infrastructure.
• Develop and test applications including interface applications for transferring data with other Government entities, as approved, and ensuring machine-to-machine communication and interface.
• Deploy and integrate applications within the infrastructure. Plans for and ensures the orchestration with other applications within the infrastructure and with applications outside the infrastructure.
• Propose, test, implement, integrate, operate, maintain, and improve ticketing and incident tracking system(s).
• Create, update, and maintain documentation for all systems

Required:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience including:
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) analysis, design and full stack development leveraging Java JEE Spring/Spring Boot, Java frameworks
  • Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse, IntelliJ, MS Visual Studio, Spring Tool Suite)
  • API Microservices
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Apache Maven and Apache Tomcat
  • Experience using AWS Cloud technologies such as Database Migration Service, Elastic Container Service, Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elasticsearch, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS and OpenSearch
  • Cloud native application hosting, responsive design
  • JavaScript Frameworks (ReactJS, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery and node.js)
  • Hibernate ORM
  • Experience with both frontend and backend technologies.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred:

• Experience in Streaming platforms such as Kafka and Zookeeper
• Experience working with Relational Data Services such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server RDS and Oracle RDS
• Experience supporting US federal government contracts

In accordance with pay transparency guidelines, the proposed salary range for this position is $152,000 to $165,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience and certifications.
