About the Role

As a CRM Operations Associate, you will aid in driving technical support for a range of CRM marketing activities as it pertains to BetMGM's In-House promotional tool sets, with a focus on the iGaming (Casino, Poker) portion of our business. You will become highly proficient in the ins and outs of our tools, advising our team on best practices, knowing how and when to use specific processes, issue troubleshooting and adaptation towards our top goal of program sustainability. This role will support our Senior CRM Operations Manager with the iGaming (Casino, Poker) portion of business, to ensure that campaigns are created and optimized through our CRM marketing tools.

Qualifications

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
