Medical Assistant - Women's Health
Frederick/ or Gaithersburg
MUST:
The Medical Assistant should have the following:
3+years of clinical experience as a medical assistant in a medical office
Some OBGYN-Women's Health experience
Confident with clinical abilities
Ability to give injections
Ability to obtain vitals, take medical histories and update patient's charts thru EMR (preferably Athena)
Must be flexible to work a few offices
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Strong customer service skills
DUTIES:
Duties of the medical assistant include but are not limited to the following:
Will room and chaperone patients
Take histories and enter into EMR
Will assist doctors with exams and procedures
Give injections
Obtain Vitals
Provide customer service
