Overview

Develop business partnerships and relationships with end-users, channel partners, and other stakeholders to sell commercial moving, warehousing, receiving, delivery, installing, and other specialty services.


Responsibilities
    Identify and research potential clients using advertising campaigns, lists, CRM, social media, email, telemarketing, and personal contacts.
  • Record prospect, contact, and lead details in CRM.
  • Record prospecting, opportunity, and appointment activity in CRM.
  • Solicit business from potential clients through promoting the value of JKMS Commercial Services.
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Actively attend and participate in associations (e.g., IFMA, CORENET, CREW, and other industry-specific networking and trade show opportunities).
  • Actively participate on social media promoting the JK brand.
  • Presents and prepares proposals content to secure business.
  • Maintains appropriate proposal tracking and reporting in CRM and other company technology platforms.
  • Ensures a positive working relationship is maintained with other JK departments and activities.
  • Reads status reports and monitors client accounts to verify transactions.
  • Prepares various sales reports and other documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and execute sales and/or marketing plans.
  • Participates in Sales Team meetings and training opportunities.
Qualifications
  • BA or BS in a related field.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and marketing communications.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
