Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, to join our team. The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will be a leader in defining strategy, developing requirements, designing, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions for multiple areas across the organization. The successful candidate will help to develop a best-in-class cash cycle management process and will be the finance liaison to the business to ensure all solutions are implemented in support of broader financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management support for multiple projects across the Finance organization and with our key business partners primarily focused on cash conversion cycle. Projects include vendor term extension and customer term acceleration.
• Conduct analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights.
• Develop deep understanding of D365 and supporting software tools to become a subject matter expert for broader Finance team.
• Design, test and help implement new process and technology initiatives across the order to cash improvement initiative.
• Continuously review and enhance business processes to support current and future business efficiency objectives.
• Lead discussions to define the end-to-end data flow of current processes and drive solutioning for new processes.
• Escalate and work to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk. Identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options, while identifying recommended approach.
• Identify areas of opportunity for the organization and assemble teams to make meaningful change and improve profitability.
• Participate in the design and execution of the company's finance transformation strategy.
• Research cutting edge, automation technology and design ways to incorporate into the company's long-term strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management. MBA required.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in relevant function.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with all levels in the organization to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Comfort in providing appropriate challenge/pushback and feedback.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to quickly learn multiple ERP and BI systems.
• Possess the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical and forecasting models.
• Results oriented with a strong work ethic, demonstrates understanding of importance of deadlines.
• Comfortable leading meetings and communicating issues and trends to management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
• Ability to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
