What You'll do:

  • Contribute to the overall success of the UiPath business practice

  • Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath

  • Communicate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn their 'wish list' into actionable project plans

  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on complex automation projects and adherence to coding standards

  • Ensure that best practices are followed during design, development, and delivery of automation projects

  • Lead development efforts of multiple RPA solution teams and participate in code reviews, recommending improvements leading to greater reliability and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

  • Local to DC Metro area

  • 3+ years of experience leading UiPath Automation teams

  • Direct experience building, deploying, and managing automations in a production environment

  • Experience with Federal RPA implementations

  • Minimum of a BA/BS Degree

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with UiPath AI Center, ML Skill setup and deployment, and Document Understanding

  • Experience in configuring and managing processes in Orchestrator, including robot setup, queues, triggers, and process monitoring

  • Demonstrated knowledge of complete project life-cycle, from design to delivery, using Agile methodologies

  • Thorough understanding of UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Cloud

  • Understanding of production robot environments, including robot machine setup, configuration, and deployment

Preferred Skills:

  • UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional

  • UiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI Professional

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
