1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Directs and coordinates the departments according to established guidelines and in compliance with all regulatory bodies including TJC,CAP, AABB, FDA, and all pertinent state and local agencies.

Selects the right people with the right skills for the right jobs with a demonstrated impact on retention and an appropriate sense of urgency meeting organizational and department turnover goals.
3. CLINICAL AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE: Provides leadership and is accountable for management of nursing services and practices by coordinating professional nursing practice through decreasing variation in practices among clinical nursing staff and increased compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

• Master's degree required
• State Registered Nurse License, required
• BLS Certification, preferred
