Software Systems Engineer (Intermediate)

Overview:

Based in Northern Virginia, Aveshka, Inc. a Softtek Company has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Software Systems Engineer to work directly with clients and stakeholders as part of a cross-functional program team. In this role, you will capture, analyze, document, and innovate both existing and new business processes as part of an agile cyber security program. This position will be located within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities:

This role will be part of an Agile software development team focused on new application development as well as operations & maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Information or related field
• US Citizenship Required
• Experience architecting, troubleshooting, securing, and optimizing bastion forest domains
• Experience integrating custom applications across networks
• Experience supporting technical reviews to integrate systems, security, applications for portability, flexibility, and data exchange with disparate systems
• Experience with the following tech stack:
• .Net Web Forms and MVC web application development in C#, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Entity Framework
• Front End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, and React Source Code, CI/CD: Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub
• Must be willing to work Hybrid schedule

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
