Job Description

RK&K is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Toll Support Analyst. As a member of our tolling department, you will support RK&K in all areas of tolling, which includes operations, planning, analysis, toll systems, tolling policy, performance evaluation, customer service center, vendor oversight and other aspects of tolling.

Location of this position is flexible.

Essential Functions:

  • Involved in the development of practice areas related roadside toll systems, toll operations & maintenance, and back-office planning, technical and operational support
  • Assist tolling clients with management of operations vendor contracts
  • Perform review of toll systems, planning studies, Concepts of Operations, and implementation plans
  • Help in the design and development of tolling concepts including requirement analysis back-office communications, and operating systems
  • Review system integration plans, testing procedures and commissioning documentation for toll systems
  • Assist in key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting and analysis

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years operations experience working with DOT's and toll agencies
  • Highly competent in both oral and written communications
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our company growth and success
  • Demonstrated experience in toll back-office systems, customer service center operations, and system networks
