Job Description

RK&K's Business Management group is seeking a Facilities Technician III. The RK&K culture is what drives our teams to success. The Facilities team is critical to fostering and maintaining that culture. This role will support the teams in the Baltimore office working closely with HR, Accounting, Purchasing, and the building engineering teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Inspect the office space daily for issues
  • Assess and report any issues to building engineering via tickets
  • Ensure work is completed correctly
  • Respond timely to all assigned tickets for support via ticketing/email
  • Ensure all pantries are replenished and all appliances are functional daily
  • Restock supply stations/copy areas on a regular schedule
  • Support Facilities Manager with furniture resets and team moves
  • Maintain a standard of cleanliness within the office space
  • Provide support for senior management's fleet vehicle maintenance
  • Coordinate with Fleet manager on delivery/pickup
  • Maintain Facilities loaner vehicles including: service, fuel and cleanliness
  • Assist mailroom staff with daily mail deliveries and outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate deliveries with loading dock security
  • Assist Accounting and engineering teams with sensitive courier deliveries

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years' experience in a facilities/office administrative role
  • Skilled with basic maintenance items such as painting, tools such as drills, electric screw drivers, basic appliance maintenance and cleaning, as well as safety procedures for maintenance.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs independently

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years+ experience in multi-tenant high rise buildings
  • Experience with a multi-office company
  • Accustomed to a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
  • Clear communication skills
