Knowledge Management Lead

The Opportunity:

On the digital battlefield, Marines are challenged every day to make critical decisions with limited time and often limited access to data whose outcomes have cascading impacts on the protection of people, infrastructure, data, and ultimately the mission. The same applies to those who rely on timely and accurate information and data to support critical investment decisions that impact Marines. So how can we help empower them on this digital battlefield and equip them with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to win the battle? The answer is you. We need your knowledge and leadership as a Knowledge Management Lead to help them transform in today's evolving digital world and harness their data to resolve emerging problems at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze, design, evaluate, and plan the Business Architecture and Knowledge Environment Site Architecture to optimize and enhance KM solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance to technical staff, including Designers, Developers, and Data Analysts and Scientists
  • Establish and lead change management, release management, access control, and other KM-oriented processes
  • Serve as Site Architect, providing direct liaison to Product Owners and government stakeholders for new requirements and solutions
  • Work with CIO, IT Managers, and Project Managers to ensure the architecture as a whole, is appropriately linked, being leveraged to maximum benefit, and ready for future development.
  • Lead the initial audit and develop an initial baseline of KM solutions
  • Lead focus groups and stakeholder discussions
  • Oversee the development and implementation of all new solutions, including data-driven dashboards for program status, risk management, and decision-support processes.

You Have:

  • Experience with leading a team and managing clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with executing knowledge management strategies and solutions across enterprise, logic, systems, programming, and components
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with developing applications and using multiple connectors leveraging Power Platform, including Automate, Apps, BI, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Web Services
  • Knowledge of DoD security protocols
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Knowledge Management Certification (CKM)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
