The Aerospace Business Unit is responsible for Aerospace applications with a global responsibility for Sales, Manufacturing, Business development, Product and Process Development. The Business Unit operates in a large number of countries and markets, all over the world and with a customer portfolio that includes all major players in the Aerospace industry. Our business is fully customer focused, with products specifically designed for an engine / airframe application and then produced in small quantities and small lots on highly flexible equipment. Extreme product range fragmentation, complex product design, very high-quality standards and traceability requirements are the peculiarity of our Business Unit. In Hanover, PA we produce Rings and Seals for the Aerospace and Industrial markets. Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.


Job Summary:
The Ring & Seal Sales Director is the head of our sales organization and will be responsible for driving profitable growth, building, and maintaining relationships with key clients, developing the Sales and Customer Service Team, and executing sales strategies.

Job Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to):

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow profitably.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Prospects and contacts potential clients to create a sales pipeline for rings and seals for aerospace and large industrial use.
  • Attends trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and product demand.
  • Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Drive team-oriented results with the sales and customer service team.
  • Assist in the transition and implementation of future buyer.

Job Requirements:

  • Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in director of sales role or similar role.
  • Experience developing target account strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, negotiating pricing, packaging, and delivery terms.
  • Aerospace sales experience preferred.
  • Basic blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
