Reporting into the Training Manager, the Learning and Development Coordinator is a key member of the Learning and Development and Employee Experience team. This role directly impacts the success of the Learning and Development team and its ability to provide best-in-class service and development solutions to the business. The role will project manage and drive critical initiatives tied to our Employee Value Proposition in Learning and Development that directly impact the success of employees across all Saint-Gobain North America's businesses.
