About the Position

Dexis seeks an experienced Senior Analyst to propose for a Department of Labor (DOL) opportunity. The Blanket Purchase Agreement will provide for the development, collection, analysis, and dissemination of research and evaluation studies determined to be of interest by the DOL.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement evaluations of DOL programs;
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and analytics support to ongoing evaluations;
  • Oversee evaluation design and execution;
  • Participate in field and remote data collection and analysis;
  • Create data visualizations and other analytical products;
  • Provide relevant technical guidance on evaluation design;
  • Ensure evaluation meets all Department of Labor guidelines and policies.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in behavioral science, behavioral economics, or another relevant social science field;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting behavioral diagnoses in social programs (i.e., identifying the key cognitive biases leading to a particular outcome);
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and testing social and behavioral science interventions in social welfare or enforcement programs, preferably related to the programs and activities of the Department of Labor, that are intended to improve their effectiveness;
  • Experience designing behavioral interventions at a variety of levels, including client-centered interventions, program staff-level interventions, and policy or process re-design.
