Job Description

i360 is seeking an Oracle O2C Accounts Receivable Functional SME with at least 12 years of experience working with implementation and Support of Oracle Receivables and knowledge of Federal Accounting related to transaction processing, reconciliations, Federal reporting standards, and regulations.

This requirement will have a commanding knowledge of Oracle Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Project Billing, as well as experience with OTC functions as:

  • Responsible for working with the client business process to gather and analyze requirements and configure and support Oracle OTC modules (Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Project Billing)
  • Lead O2C/ functional requirements gathering/process definition meetings, updating documents as required.
  • Define OTC testing scenarios.
  • Manage testing plan and triage issues related to OTC testing.
  • Responsible for designing the Oracle RICEW objects related to the O2C process flow.
  • Experience and knowledge of related business disciplines such as, but not limited to:

Federal Payables and Receivables processing, Budget Formulation, and General and Working Capital Funds. To further enhance and complete the client model and must also demonstrate experience with:

  • Developing functional designs for interfaces related to budget and reporting.,
  • Using Auto-Accounting and sub-ledger processing
  • Mapping GL (proprietary and budgetary) conversion requirements and data
  • Designing and implementing Federal reports.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects
  • Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and Regulations.
  • Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.
  • Prior experience developing interface functional designs.
  • Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
  • Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.
  • Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Support the configuration, design, and development of O2C Global Model functionality.
  • Support deployment of O2C functionality to new Agencies.
  • Provide support to the project lifecycle phase.
Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be US Public Trust clearable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
