Hill International is seeking a Sr Project Manager in Washington D.C


  • Hill International is seeking a Senior Project Manager who has both project management and business development skill sets in the Transportation Market, specifically highway, roads, and bridges in the DC/Maryland/Virginia region.
  • Manage successful relationships with PM/CM firms, transportation clients and individual professionals to pursue and secure PM/CM opportunities within VDOT, MDOT, and DDOT.
  • Responsible for managing PM/CM contracts including client interface, contract administration and staffing plans.

  • BS Degree civil engineering or related + Industry credential(s) (PE, CCM, PMP, etc.)
  • 15-20 years-experience in Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) for the Transportation Market - specifically highway, roads, and bridges in the Washington DC metropolitan area
  • Understanding of strategies for pursuing PM/CM opportunities within VDOT, MDOT, DDOT
  • Ability to network with PM/CM firms, transportation clients, and individual professionals.
  • Capabilities to manage PM/CM contracts including client interface, contract administration and staffing plans."
