Job Description

i360 has an upcoming need for an Oracle Technical RICEW Developer to implement Oracle Federal Financials R12 for a federal agency. The successful candidate should have at least (5) five years of experience in federal financial applications and process development with Oracle EBS R12.2.x. This should include hands-on experience with the technical design and development of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) objects and components. This role is REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development in Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.x and/or 12.2.x) in a full life-cycle implementation environment.
  • Perform the detailed design of complex applications in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for financial modules by troubleshooting and customizing technical architecture components.
  • Develop technical specifications and support customizations to make sure that the custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions.
  • Primarily responsible for the technical design and development of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) objects and components within Oracle EBS related to modules such as Federal Financials, Projects, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.
  • Assists in the development of application user support documentation such as user guides, training materials.
  • Participate in the testing phase to fix any defects and performance problems and conduct complete technical reviews, support code migration, and provide technical artifacts.
  • Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules.
  • Provide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Broad experience with Oracle Federal Financial processes across Order to Cash (OTC) Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) and General Ledger (GL).
Qualifications
  • 5 years development experience within the Oracle R12 applications, building interfaces using web services, data conversions and application extensions.
  • Knowledge in EBS foundation (FND) modules including, but not limited to, Application Object Library (AOL), Concurrent Programs/Executables, Value Sets, Flexfields, Workflow, and underlying packages.
  • Proficient in Oracle Application Framework (OAF), SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Forms, Reports, BI (XML) Publisher, SQL Loader, and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
  • Must understand Oracle Applications table structure and have the ability to write complex procedures, functions and packages utilizing APIs.
  • Experience with configuration management tools and processes.
  • Experience documenting design, code, testing.
  • Oracle Federal Financials project experience is a plus.
  • Experience with a shared service providers is a plus.
  • Experience with project implementation life cycle.
  • Experience developing within service-oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident(Green Card holder).
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday.
