Job Description

i360 has an immediate opening for an Oracle R12 Project Accounting Lead. Must have experience with leading the business process to analyze requirements in the Oracle modules of Project Management, specifically Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing. Must be able to design related to the Projects process flow.The successful candidate must have 7 years of experience leading the implementation process for Oracle Projects, driving best practices in a federal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with the business process leads to analyze requirements, configure Oracle modules (Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing), and design Oracle RICEW objects related to the Projects process flow.
  • Lead functional requirements gathering/process definition meetings, and update documents as required.
  • Create RTM crosswalk to testing scenarios, training modules.
  • Define testing scenarios.
  • Manage testing plan and triage issues related to testing.
  • Implementation expertise in Oracle Projects Costing/Billing/Management. Duties include Implementation of Oracle Projects R12.x.x gathering requirements, requirement analysis, process review, configuration and development, documentation, and implementation services and system enhancements within a shared service Oracle Federal Financial R12 environment.
  • Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end.
  • Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years Oracle implementation and consulting experience in Projects Costing/Billing/Management applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation, and problem resolution.
  • Functional experience with Oracle Applications in a Federal environment.
  • Document all recommendations, requirements, designs, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts, and results, and project issues as needed.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with prior experience working on analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay and Accounts Receivable is desired.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent Client Facing skills and Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
