looking for candidates with one year inpatient hospital RN experience who are interested in expanding their practice to support all of our acute care units as part of Clinical Resource Unit. CRU Prefer pediatric experience.

Orientation will be full time for 6 months and could be on any shift based on preceptor assignments -

PRN III requirements are then min of 76 hours per month to include at least 1 weekend with hours/needs primarily on night shift. There is also a holiday rotation

Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience) and a license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
