We own the largest entertainment and advertising network inside Uber and Lyft vehicles, and we are rapidly growing and onboarding thousands of drivers each week. We're looking for great people to join the team and help support our loyal driver community!

The Associate Driver Success Manager serves as the primary support for our drivers and represents the forefront of our brand. Their role involves addressing and resolving driver inquiries, with the ability to escalate matters to the Driver Success Manager when necessary. Additionally, they oversee the functionality of driver hardware, software, and other tools, proactively identifying potential issues. The Associate Driver Success Manager plays a crucial role in driver education about the Octopus platform, analyzing driver feedback to recognize patterns and suggest possible product enhancements. This position is essential for the growth and retention of our driver community, actively engaging with existing driver partners to address questions and feedback. Furthermore, it contributes to maintaining and elevating the distinctive driver culture that positions us as an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for driver inquiries through various channels such as support tickets, emails, and phone calls.
  • Summarize and convey prevalent issues and feedback to the management team.
  • Evaluate and test incoming hardware/software issues to identify potential bugs or areas that can be improved.
  • Monitor and review driver-facing platforms, including the driver app and private Facebook page, for any issues.
  • Additionally, handle other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic Thinking - Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Communication - Must be an effective communicator to facilitate team goals in an external environment.
  • Spanish-speaking or other bilingual skills preferred.
