Integrity is looking for an Image Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (Client) Geospatial. This contract option position will support the geospatial homeland security enterprise as part of a growing team (8+ team members). The work will be performed remotely but may require occasional travel to the Northern Virginia/ Washington DC metro area. The candidate must have a strong understanding and knowledge of geography, remote sensing and image interpretation. The candidate must have the ability to obtain a thorough background check, maintain a Client Clearance, and higher over time. The candidate will work with senior consulting and technical staff to design work plans that define project deliverables, milestones, and schedules. The qualified candidate will work with company staff to ensure progress and financial reporting is provided per contract requirements and manage the delivery of projects. Example Tasking, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct interview process

  • Ability to review and test remote sensing products

  • Ability to align resources to appropriate use cases per business requirements

  • Implement remote sensing strategy and workflows within an Esri enterprise

  • Research and develop new remote sensing technical solutions to support a large enterprise user base, e.g., raster analytics, 2/3D interpretation, raster functions, etc.

  • Review and document metadata


Desired Qualities and Technical Requirements:


  • US Citizen: Ability to obtain a background check and maintain a Client Clearance

  • Requires a bachelor s degree in Geography, GIS, or related field with 1-3 years of technical experience (MA/MS degree is a plus)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Understanding and knowledge in geography, remote sensing, and image interpretation

  • Ability to give technical demonstrations to leadership and conferences

  • Experience working with ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, and supporting ArcGIS web applications

  • Knowledge of Python related to Esri API s (Plus)
