Internship Program

Program Structure:

As a Kraft Heinz Intern, you are hand selected by our North American Leadership team to join a 10-week immersive program that will give you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy, ambition, ownership and passion.

You will join a cohort of other ambitious Interns to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, deliver tangible business results in your project area, and be immersed in weekly learning opportunities and social events. As a Kraft Heinz Intern, you will be adding value from day one, doing real work, and delivering real results.

Your project placement will be based on preference, our strategic priorities and where you will be coached and mentored by our strongest leaders in the following areas of the business:

  • Operations
    • Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement
  • Finance
    • Revenue Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence, Customer Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain Finance
  • Sales
    • Key Accounts, Category Business Development, E-commerce, Retail & Away from Home (Foodservice)
  • Marketing
    • Brand Management, Innovation, Brand Communication, Social Media, Consumer Insights, New Ventures, Omni Channel Shopper Marketing
  • Corporate Functions:
    • People & Performance, Learning & Development, Information Technology, Environmental Social Governance, Strategy & Transformation, Agile and Digital
  • R&D
    • Food Science, Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Product Development, Culinary, Nutrition

At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to present your project and results to our North American Leadership team. This program is a direct pipeline to our Trainee Program after graduation. Our Trainees are the future - the future leaders of Kraft Heinz who will join us on our journey to transform an industry.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and are currently in your Junior year; eligible to start in Summer 2023

  • Ability and willingness to relocate
