Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented individual to join the Customer Support Organization. The primary responsibility for this position is to own all aspects of technical product training for the company.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of (3) years of experience working in a technical environment as an instructor, trainer, or consultant is required.
A minimum of (2) years of experience delivering technical training on products or security applications
A minimum of (2) years of experience in course development and management in an engineering environment
Working experience with online and computer-based training development is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience in networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Education and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience / BSEE or BSCS, MCSE, CCIE or equivalent preferred
A deep level of technical expertise in IT infrastructure and related areas of knowledge
A basic level of Enterprise security product knowledge preferred
Solid analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills
Requires a high level of organizational skills, the ability to learn, adjust, and respond in a dynamic, fast paced, and constantly changing environment
Possesses strong oral, written, and interpersonal skill and the ability to deal with multiple constituencies
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares and delivers in-person certification courses in local office or at remote site, advanced workshops and webinars to employees, customers and sales partners
Interacts with technical experts, customers, engineering, and software and product requirements to prepare training programs
Prepares lesson plans and training materials, designs product demonstrations, develops course content, determines methodology, and coordinates the development of training aids. Training materials may include, but are not limited to course outline, text, handouts, tests and laboratory exercises.
Create real world, relevant training scenarios based on knowledge and experience with customer use cases.
Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course materials reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Coordinates training schedule and training course equipment needs with internal and external customers
Prepares training schedule for distribution/reporting
Other duties/special projects: May be assigned to perform professional services and handle support cases on an as needed basis

Physical Demands: up to 30% domestic travel, as required
