Position Summary:
The Senior Program Manager will lead the U.S. Department of State and foreign government-supported UN Sanctions Compliance Program team, focusing on counter-proliferation efforts and enhancing foreign capacities in line with UN Security Council resolutions. Responsibilities include translating policy ideas into actionable programs, planning and implementation, managing resources, financial and technical reporting. Essential qualifications include supervisory experience, comprehensive program management skills, expertise in high-impact activities, business development acumen, effective communication skills, and collaboration across various sectors.
Reporting to the Director of Security Assistance, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for program development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with funder and organizational objectives across technical, human resource, financial, and administrative aspects of our work.
The technical nature of the work involves developing and implementing capacity building programs related to beneficiaries' ability to enforce relevant sanctions regimes, counter proliferation financing and anti-money laundering programs, and improve cybersecurity, maritime security, supply chain security and know-your-customer programs for the financial sector.

Salary & Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $97,760 to $130,000. The determination of salaries in this job classification depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant candidate experience, job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills. In addition, we have a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) retirement savings plan; unlimited paid time off; education reimbursement; student loan paydown and an in-network deductible reimbursement through the Difference Card that pays up to $10,000 depending on level of coverage.
