Account Executive (Public Sector - Next Generation 911 Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary executive and business owner for designated client accounts within the Public Sector and Direct (PSD) division, focusing on Next Generation 911 (NG911) services.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for specific client accounts, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Work closely with the PSD Market Leader to develop and execute strategies for driving company growth and success in the NG911 domain.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) within the Public Sector, preferably in the context of Next Generation 911 (NG911) services.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding expectations.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
