Job DescriptionThe Analyst, IT PPM (Planning Performance Management) will support the Global IT Organization by facilitating project rituals and routines with Project Managers, IT Sponsors, IT Owners, and IT Leaders. They will be responsible for partnering with Project Managers and Representatives, as well as CAPEX PPM team to support and trouble shoot project updates in ProjectNow (ServiceNow). Additionally, the individual in this role will develop a deep understanding of the IT Project processes and Project methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities
* Facilitate and maintain the rituals and routines reviewing Demands and Projects with IT Sponsors, IT Owners and IT Leadership
* Ensure visibility of all Demands and Projects to the IT Organization
* Support the IT organization with navigating the project processes and toolsets
* Support the execution and act as a primary contact for the IT Project Management organization for Global IT project processes, tracking, and trouble shooting
* Monitor, consolidate, analyze and provide periodical reporting of overall IT Project Performance
* Provide guidance in all aspects of Project Management processes and methodologies to enable Project Managers to achieve approvals on time and aid project delivery
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
* Demonstrated ability to work and think independently, analyze and interpret information, exercise professional judgment, creatively problem solve and define recommended actions to leadership
* Effective communication skills, strong ability to work in a diverse team environment and experience managing stakeholder relationships
* Strong ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and ability to consistently follow through on action items
* Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, or data entry experience
Domain Expertise
* Strong presentation skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized.
* The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple assignments, has good judgment and prioritizes projects and time effectively. Demonstrates the use of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies for planning and problem solving.
* The ideal candidate will have a commitment to continued learning, shows career progression and development, and seeks opportunities to stretch capabilities.
* Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; experience with relational databases and general ledger systems (SAP) and Tableau are a plus
