Job Description

About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, the role of Account Executive has become available in our Exports team. The Account Executive (Exports) provides support to export account managers via weekly and monthly sales planning and orders management

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Manager by updating daily the Order Management file
  • Develop customers plans with sales strategies to achieve business goals and budgets. Negotiate annual sales plan, volumes, price with objective to maximize NSV and CMA.
  • Provide support to the Business Manager via weekly and monthly sales call
  • Manage order execution with Affiliate Supply Manager (AU) weekly, actively track changes and update accordantly during the weekly Supply Call (AU)
  • Adjust orders products according to product availability provided by Supply
  • Liaise with Customer Service team during Weekly Call to provide forecast update to monthly financial targets
  • Support to account managers with pricing using a Price List file, update prices in the system as per advised by Account Manager
  • Customer management (eg, customer visits, customer information requests, quotes, contract negotiations, forecasting, and order follow-up)
  • Assist team with raising credit notes keeping a tracker of dates and values and description & manual invoices
  • Forecasting: Lead the forecast upload and results analysis process with the Demand Planner (AU) to ensure target achievement review results and changes to forecast based on accountability - FCR
  • Manage list of smaller accounts and Key accounts in Copack
  • Process customers complains and stock returns

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in FMCG
  • Organised and analytical
  • Attention to detail, curious and eager to learn
