Mortenson’s IT Vendor Management team within the Information Technology Solutions (ITS) department seeks an IT Analyst Intern to help further the goals of the organization. In this role you will assist the team and focus on in-flight activities in the area of IT Vendor Management, including:

• Performing repeatable day-to-day activities to fulfill contract life-cycle and procurement requests
• Being involved with defining and implementing new processes while refining current processes
• Implementing dashboards and metrics as needed
• Score card development and review to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance of service level agreements
• Help to establish notifications and work flows

You will also have the opportunity to learn, gain development skills, and assist with multiple different tracks within Information Technology.

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong Customer Service orientation

Additional Information:

This internship will be full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer and is located at Mortenson Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
