Responsibilities
What you will get to do as an Executive Chef at Brightview?
- Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the pallet.
- Create speciality items that differentiate each of our Dining venues and community events.
- Share your talents - Inspire, train and coach your culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day!
- To preserve your masterpiece creations, keep a close eye on all food preparation including storage, and handling to ensure we are providing the freshest meals with all safety protocols in place (HACCP).
Compensation Disclosure
The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.
Qualifications

- Your years of experience as a talented Chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining venue have taught you how to manage multiple priorities while producing an amazing product.

- You have a natural ability to lead with 4+ years in a supervisory role!
- You possess and maintain ServSafe Certification.
