Position Summary

Odyssey is looking for a Polysomnographic Technician to support the Center for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience (CMPN) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. CMPN is a translational and expeditionary effort to identify and eliminate brain health threats to Soldiers. CMPN investigates and manipulates the relationship between sleep and performance, performs behavioral health assessments to inform unit Commanders on Soldier behavioral health needs, and develops and implements resilience trainings.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Assist in conducting and scoring polysomnographic studies
  • Should also possess a minimal proficiency in common productivity software programs including Word, Excel, SigmaPlot and others, and have an understanding of basic descriptive statistics.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: NACI (Ablility to Obtain)

Education: BS

Years' experience: min 1 year of relevant experience

Certifications: Must maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and registry certification for the profession

Additional Information:

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Travel: up to 10%

Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Onsite
