SharePoint Developer (Full Stack)
Washington, DC / Hybrid

MUST:
Experienced SharePoint Developer
Current Public Trust or Active DoD Secret clearance eligible for Top Secret
5+ years professional experience of SharePoint web development and design
Experience with SharePoint programming languages like .NET, C#, and Windows Powershell
Proficient with SharePoint platform-specific tools: Visual Studio, and SharePoint Object Model (SOM)
Programming experience with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Content database
Experience with SharePoint Farm and site collection
Strong experience web development languages HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with SharePoint database administration using SQL
Strong understanding and experience with 508 compliance
Ability to act as a business analyst and gather requirements to create better reports and tools for client
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to communicate well and collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to help reach desire and capabilities
Bachelors Degree required

DUTIES:
Maintain, update, and design new features, enhancements and content of existing websites and web applications
Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions
Manage sharing settings for SharePoint at organization level
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
Providing SharePoint support and end-user training
Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet
Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades
Define consistent UI design framework; create storyboards, wireframes, journeys, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and visual prototypes
Experience with testing and debugging customization
Create custom features; create workflows, web parts and site template
Define system requirements flows and interface requirements based on customer requirements and methods of transmission
Adhere to established methodologies while continuously analyzing processes for improved performance and adaptability
