About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Workflow Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience communicating effectively with government personnel, maintaining appropriate contractor management interface with OCIO leadership, the COR, and TPOCs. In addition, the ideal candidate has experience in maintaining adequate staffing levels, management oversight, service level agreements, and other performance requirements. Demonstration of adequate foresight into program planning by identifying problems, providing sufficient information on alternative solutions and impacts minimizing said impacts to the program to the government's satisfaction. Demonstration of improving processes through training, as well as ensuring deliverables are timely and accurate to minimize the need for government intervention to avoid degradation of mission during critical times, while ensuring notification of significant problems to the appropriate government personnel. Additional experience in managing and monitoring burn rates is required.

The Senior Workflow Coordinator shall perform the Program Management oversight across all Task Areas and coordinate and collaborate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Points of Contact (TPoCs), agency staff, other program areas, other contractors, and business partners. The Senior Workflow Coordinator shall have the authority to act on behalf of the contractor to manage all work activities in a manner that ensures support is provided within schedule, cost, and scope. In addition, the Senior Workflow Coordinator shall serve as the contractor's primary Point of Contact (POC) and monitor the quality of services to include but not be limited to preparation of Management Plans, cost analysis, activity and project tracking schedules, risk registers, and risk and issue mitigation strategies for all activities performed in each of the Task Areas of this contract by contractor personnel in accordance with the Deliverables, Performance Requirements Matrix and Performance Standards. Overall, the Senior Workflow Coordinator shall provide business analysis and program management services including the following:

* Control the workflow in each Task Area via Scrum and Kanban methodologies and PMBOK using the available resources;
* Develop, implement, and assist with planning, direction, execution, and oversight of Task Area activities;
* Provide overall program management of contractor support and risk management to ensure the success of program and to align program activities to the program goals;
* Facilitate or lead workflow management meetings;
* Collaborate with program leadership to define, document, and adhere to the proposed solutions;
* Conduct daily operational management, leadership, and oversight to ensure requirements are met, and addressing any issues prior to escalation;
* Track, mitigate, and report on all risks;
* Coordinate collaboration and communication of program execution between prime and sub-contractor personnel, agency personnel, and other stakeholders;
* Define, relay, and delegate requirements and restrictions to all personnel involved in the context of this contract;
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams;
* Possess familiarity with Federal Government IT Security requirements;
* Manage all activities aligning to project management and quality standards;
* Manage, oversee, and supervise the work activities to include personnel management;
* Oversee Technical Writer responsible for writing technical, functional, regulatory, and system requirements documents as requested;
* Facilitate communication with end-users to gain understanding of requirements;
* Assist in arranging and documenting meetings with stakeholders, including the Kick-Off Meeting;
* Acknowledge, respond, and manage Technical Directives (TDs) in accordance with policies and procedures and guidance from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)Assist the COR with Technical Directives for Surge Support ;
o Assist the COR with processing Technical Directive requests for Cybersecurity Support.
* Actively manage and coordinate the onboarding and termination of contractor personnel to include:
o Ensure all contractor personnel complete background checks and follow instructions provided for the clearance process;
o Ensure all contractor personnel submit pre-employment onboarding forms for entry into the security system and properly submit all the required applicants' documents for security package;
o Ensure all contractor personnel complete the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) and promptly respond to additional requests for information;
o Ensure the contractor Key Personnel and Critical Personnel meet all requirements identified within and promptly complete the pre-employment onboarding;
o Ensure that contractors resigning have submitted the required termination security paperwork.
* Ensure each Task Area's work products and deliverables meet the Enterprise Cybersecurity Program requirement and services are of the highest quality and meet the standards as identified in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and Performance Requirements Matrix and Performance Standards Deliverables;
* Work collaboratively with government representatives to jointly determine measurements and metrics for regular reporting, as well as the performance baselines/standards for these measurements;
* Compile and present metrics, as requested, detailing the cybersecurity support services performed that add value to meeting strategic goals; and,
* Provide administrative support at meetings, briefings, and presentations and hold weekly program management meetings to provide a status of the work activities, accomplishments, issues and proposed issues resolutions, and any other topics of significance to report.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 10 years

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

General Project Management, strong written communication, strong presentation skills, diplomacy skills, ability to follow policy and procedures, team skills, knowing one's limits, coping with stress, problem solving, and time management.


Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, Information Technology Project Management (ITIL and PMBOK)

Min Citizenship Status Required: United States Citizenship

Location: Remote, but candidate is required to be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington DC
