Provide detailed all-source intelligence products to support HUMINT, including in-depth analysis of the topics, regions or technologies, in support of operational planning
Focus analyst and defense community efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning; heavy emphasis on supporting technical operations
Knowledge of various operational and organizational authorities is critical (e.g. Title 10 vs Title 50)
Generate outcomes which have organizational equities and operational authority to implement; in cases where other organizations have title/authority, be able to create opportunities which is mutually beneficial to both organizations and thus increasing the likelihood of action.
Assignments require professional knowledge of a wide range of HUMINT targeting principles, concepts, and techniques to accomplish difficult and complex work assignments; must be able to clearly demonstrate previous successes
Knowledge of applying HUMINT collection capabilities and targeting development strategies and processes against prioritized regional and transnational target sets
Experience presenting analysis or products to customers
Employ an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against identified requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and create opportunities
Leverages the greater intelligence community to support to create effects based outcomes, not just metrics
Produce various HUMINT specific targeting support products; utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, VOLTRON, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, and other investigative related databases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8+ years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist or another agency/organizational equivalent
Prior experience supporting enabling operations, either identifying and creating the opportunities or supporting ongoing operations
Previous experience supporting HUMINT enabled or other Close Access operations, to including finding and identifying the opportunities
Certification from the any of the following courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent): Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraph
