What You'll do:

    • Lead collaboration with business units to develop spend plan and profitability analysis tools ensuring business units and senior leadership have alignment and insight into financial results and forecasts.
    • Growing program finance team into a strategic partner with the business units, developing and implementing financial and analytical tools and processes to drive value for the business. Creating efficiency in processes will be critical to success.
    • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the F&PA function to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Drive process integration efforts to ensure common, best practices are utilized across the company.
    • Collaborate with accounting, senior leadership to ensure the alignment and accuracy of financial data and reporting.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports analyses, highlighting trends and insights for decision making.
    • Monitor Key performance indicators and financial metrics providing regular updates and recommendations.
    • Oversee EAC (Estimate at Complete) process ensuring risks and opportunities are well defined and measured.
    • Oversee the annual and long-range budgeting process working closely with key stakeholders to develop accurate forecast and financial plans.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business opportunities, capital investments and strategic investments.

    Requirements:

    • Experience integrating large scale federal contracting businesses into common platform and policies.
    • 10-15 years of experience managing P&L functions at complex organizations in the federal space.
    • Knowledge of Deltek and Salesforce with strong Excel skills.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of analysts, establishing industry standard processes and practices.
    • Strong team building and communication skills, with proven experience working cohesively with all levels of management and being a trusted partner to business leaders.
    • Demonstrated ability to construct long-range P&L models (3-5 yrs), develop strategic insights and analytics to present to business leaders.
    • Adept at leading the production of detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, insight generation and strategic plans.
    • Self-starter with an internal drive to enable strategic growth.

    The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

    $125,735.00 - $392,680.00
