Monthly reports, including financial accountability
Rent collection and representation in court for legal proceedings as needed
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
Manage owner communications, including monthly conference calls
Oversight, coordination, and direct management of tenants and vendors for assigned portfolio, ensuring vendor and COI compliance
Engage in mentoring and providing direction to Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and support staff
Act as a leader and ambassador for your department and company
Provide feedback and advisement to Directors regarding support staff for evaluations and performance
Support Directors with high level projects and needs
Lease administration, enforcement and compliance, including working knowledge of the following: defaults, COIs, and gross sales
Accounting coordination including a working knowledge of the following: defaults, rent ups, annual recons, budgets, AR/AP coding and approval, collections, cash management, and property tax appeals
Construction Supervision for Landlord or Tenant build out and capital expense projects
Project Management and Bidding
Any additional projects or tasks as needed
