Reporting to the Director for Employment Services, the Sr. Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operations of New American Careers, identifying skilled candidates, conducting outreach to organizations to match candidates with job opportunities, identifying resources to provide training, and assisting with compliance with local, state and federal laws.
New American Careers is a new subsidiary of Global Refuge, formerly known as Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. This entrepreneurial recruiting firm will match New Americans with positions at our employer partners. Additionally, we will offer training, career pathing, and strategic partnerships meant to give new Americans an opportunity to restart their careers here in the United States.
